Smon: The staff emits a golden glow when held aloft, similar to torchlight.

Smon: GM You check out the dead end - there is bit of green ichor here and some debris indicating a carrion crawler may have laired there, but no secret door, Then you take the NW fork up to the N-W intersection. From there, looking N you can see it opens into a bare chamber that lacks the ubiquitous gargoyle heads and has a door in the far wall, while the west fork goes 10' then opens into another chamber from which comes a reddish glow, debris scattered on the floor.

Smon: Hanging from the ceiling 15' off the ground are a series of linked platforms, on which you make out small humanoid forms scurrying about.
Smon: You hear yips of alarm.
Smon: Kane looks around. "No way up there... beware, kobolds are tricky..."

Smon: GM: As you retreat back into the corridor the kobolds start pouring vats of a red-glowing oily substance down onto the floor, it pools around you, at the east entrance

Smon: You get back to the first intersection just east of the entry hall. To your west is the entry hall, to the east an arch leads into the chamber with Orichalan tapestries waving in the breeze.
Sandor Sunneson: They should have installed a sprinkler system to prevent this situation from occurring. Silly kobolds
