Used to be a sailor of Ossuary till, in a fit of drunken rage, he killed his paramour and her husband. He should be drowned as 

punishment, but in the delirium before drowning stroke a pact with the Ocean Queen and was finally washed ashore in distant lands 

far to the south. Now, he is looking for Sapphires to sacrifice to his supernatural mistress.

Housekeeper: Opa, a sister of Scalpy Jack; a stout, phlegmatic woman in her 60s. Pay & expenses 75 gp/year. Her husband is dead
