The confederation of goodly folks built to remove the threat of Yusan from the Vale and Ghinorean Hills was a great success. From this, thanks to the wisdom of Thuruar came a rather shaky alliance with the Altani Tribes and the benignly disposed Nerathi led by Dyson Logos and the Bronzes of Hara. These three factions along with the Amazons, Gnomes and the Rangers of Castle Wode were succesful in overthrowing the evil Necromancers of Neo-Nerath and have now declared an empire both east and west of the Castellan Mountains; in the east from the Bistuni Highlands to the Northwatch Hills and in the West from the Carnellian Plains to the Arang Tok.
However there are still several factions within this area who have not declared their support and worse some that seem to already be plotting rebellion.
Among the former the chief of these are the Elven Realms and the Dwarven Holds. Each of these will benefit from the fall of the Cormarrin Princes and Borrit Crowfinger’s Empire of Death. Either directly or indirectly via the new trading opportunities made possible by peace. Their inclusion into the new order would be warmly welcomed, not as subjects but as willing partners in a new power for good. Overtures of friendship must be made to them along with reassurances that their sovereignty is not under threat. Mutually beneficial trade arrangements should also be explored.
The second faction is not so readily dealt with. The port town of Ahyf was captured by Prince Shieldbiter the Dragonborn. News at first greeted with great joy. However since then the robber baron and pirate Sarene has been given free reign and the town is more wicked than ever. The reptilian forces brought forth after the fall of the First King are spreading and now threaten the area along the Ceaderwade as well as the town of Clear Meadows and beyond. Slavery, the great evil that the God Slayer is determined to stamp out is rife and the local population held in what amounts to nothing better than abject thraldom. This can not be allowed to continue. If this renegade faction is not brought back into the civilised fold. It will be destroyed and wiped from the face of the world as if it had never existed.
